Flowey is the equivalent of Undertale's Temmie, and one runs a shop. They are exclusively located at Firerise, in Flowey Village. Flowey notably gets a college degree if you pay a certain amount of gold (context needed.) They have poor grammar and spelling in their text; except when they are serious.
